RE: support of users Ile and Norman

Sir,

We acknowledge your repeated refusal to engage with our associations so that the situation is particularly bad and that the legitimate discontent of users is apparent.

During the past three years, there has been no significant improvement on the industry you are in charge, especially on routes, PSL / Mantes / Caen and PSL / Mantes / Rouen. In 2010, users of our lines have undergone more than 97 h. of delays, train cancellations and / or improper transportation (trains under capacity, antiquated, dirty, without access to toilets, unheated, etc.. the list is long)

On 2 February, on the eve of our efforts to PSL, we have sent you an e to try to pretend that you were listening to users, you not only make no reference to our demands, but more clearly stated and as your habit, you represent that SNCF is not responsible for the situation. Your fallacious arguments tend to believe that it is the weather and lack of strikers who disrupt the smooth running of trains. In addition, you discard on the organizing authorities.
It seemed evident in this letter that you did not intend to take into account the legitimate expectations of users.

February 3, AAU-PSL PSL has organized an unprecedented event that brought together nearly 3,000 users, many Parisians and Normans elected as representatives of the railway unions CGT and Sud-Rail.
This massive peaceful rally and had a high media coverage due to its strength and its ability to integrate the different transport actors.

SNCF although it has been advised of the existence of four trains impacted by our movement was this day again, unable to circulate at this time and under good conditions. This came only confirm the reality of recurring delays in the area that you are responsible.

On 4 February, we contacted an official of PSL to serve him with our refusal to attend the meeting proposed by you 10/02.
This refusal was motivated by the lack of a precise agenda focusing on our demands on the one hand and secondly by the lack of commitment on the part of the Directorate of the station to take Finally, consider our requests.
We were then told we would receive an agenda from February 7, This has not been acted on ...

We find again and deeply regret, your refusal of dialogue to come out on top of this situation which not only penalizes daily travelers Normans and Parisians, but also gives detestable image of the station, so that what is at stake is none other than railway policy led by Mr Guillaume Pepy past three years.

There is no question for us to endorse by our presence, inertia, lack of consultation true, real and effective management of the station, this would be contrary to our responsibilities to users and totally incompatible with the ethics of the AAU-PSL.

We will continue our efforts and continue to gather around us: the users, elected officials and employees of the SNCF in the civic spirit that characterizes our associations.

The Directorate of SNCF has knowingly miss the opportunity to launch an extensive renovation program that will be forced to take one day or another as inexorable.
It also takes the risk of aggravating the frustration of users reached its peak with all the negative consequences that implies. Hoping to finally be

heard and respected, please accept, Sir, the assurances of our highest consideration coupled with the dissatisfaction of users Ile sustainable and Normans.
